AVTECH Software is pleased to announce that an update to the AVTECH Device Discovery Utility is available for download at AVTECH.com.
AVTECH Device Discovery v2.5.0 includes the following:
- Added the ability to sort discovered devices by clicking on the column headers.
- Added support for multiple network interface cards (NICs).
- Added a right-click menu that allows access to Set IP, View Settings, View Status, Update, Synchronize Time, Save Settings, and Restore Settings options by simply right-clicking the desired device in the list.
- Added a 'Save Settings' function to save a backup of the device settings to a file.
- Added a 'Restore Settings' function to restore the settings to a device from a backup file.
- Added a 'Synchronize Time' function to the right-click menu that will instruct the device to immediately request a time update via the configured NTP settings.
