>>New Device ManageR v5.0 Software... Version 5.0.0 is set to be released on FEB-17-2012. This update will include advanced features such as a new dashboard element, push technology, automatic service alerts, multi-device management tools and more. This powerful management software is FREE to Room Alert and TemPageR customers who are current on their Maintenance, Support & Update Service (MSUS). Don't forget to check the AVTECH Downloads page after February 17th to download this new version, our most exciting upgrade to date.
>>New Report Generator Plugin UPDATE... Version 1.1.2 released JAN-19-2012. This new release incorporates support for the new Room Alert 32E/W, along with other improvements. Visit the AVTECH Downloads page now to log in and update your Report Generator Plugin.
>>New Dial Out Voice Plugin UPDATE... Version 1.1.1 released JAN-30-2012. This new release includes a change to the initialization of the modem to allow greater reliability. Visit the AVTECH Downloads page now to log in and update your Dial Out Voice Plugin.
>>Room Alert 32E/W Firmware UPDATE... Please note that version 1.1.0 was not released last month. New features that integrate with Device ManageR require the new Device ManageR v5.0. We expect this new version to be available soon after the release of Device ManageR v5.0 on February 17th. We apologize to anxious customers.
>>Current Versions... It is ALWAYS best to run the latest versions of firmware and software to ensure continued operation and achieve maximum value with your AVTECH monitors. Click here to view Current Versions for all AVTECH software and firmware.
>>New Axis Cameras Enhance Environment Monitoring... AVTECH has partnered with Axis Communications for years, and all of their IP based cameras can be monitored from AVTECH's Device ManageR software. >>IMPORTANT PageR Enterprise Renewal Notification... It has come to our attention that many of our customers have been receiving notices regarding the renewal of PageR Enterprise (PageR). AVTECH previously retired PageR in 2010 and sold all rights for the software to CPL Systems Ltd. of the United Kingdom. The notice in which you may have received is NOT A BILL FROM AVTECH and is NOT RELATED TO AVTECH's Maintenance, Support & Update Service (MSUS) for Room Alert and/or TemPageR monitors. AVTECH's Device ManageR application software replaces PageR and gives most users everything they want in an easy-to-use application. Even better, it's FREE to current customers. Please call if you have any questions, and rest assured this notice has NOTHING to do with your support service for your Room Alert and/or TemPageR monitors.
