AVTECH Software is pleased to announce that an update to the Room Alert 26W Firmware is available for download at AVTECH.com.

***Please Read The Following Before Updating***

NOTE: AVTECH Device Discovery v3.1.1 or higher or AVTECH Device ManageR is required for this update. Please be sure any web browsers currently accessing the unit are closed to be sure all files are updated correctly.

  • Added a page that displays when a user clicks the 'Settings' link that explains the default password and how to enter the username and password into the web browser prompt.
  • Resolved an issue that could cause WiSH Sensor packets to be interpreted incorrectly, causing an unusually high number of invalid packets.
  • Resolved an issue that could cause the incorrect sensor label to be used for SNMP Traps sent for WiSH Sensor alerts that have cleared.
